Water, music and fun - so the three words can be summarized as what the activity of aqua-style. Classes are held in the water. Depending on the expectations and skills, you can choose aerobics in one of the three phases of the draft - the depth to the waist, the chest or no contact with the bottom of the foot swimming pool. Classes are normally held in large groups under the supervision of an instructor. Exercises accompanied by music, which not only inspire positive members of classes, but also allow the group to practice in the common rhythm.
Why water?
Strength of buoyancy, which acts on the body in the water, makes a person feel lighter and exercise comes to him with ease. The degree of difficulty of exercises, however, varies depending on the degree of immersion. The deeper in the water, the greater the resistance must be overcome practicing muscle. However, the forces acting on the body in the water makes it relieves muscle are those which tire is usually on the surface. In this way you can practice longer and more enjoyable. For some people the only chance of exercising, who, due to too strong of muscle load, causing pain and injuries, they could not do on the surface.
