Aerobic and Anaerobic Exercises

Aerobic exercises are those in which the muscles produce energy using aerobic processes (aerobic). Aerobic exercise can be characterized as long monotonous exercises, usually involving large muscle groups. Aerobic exercise can usually be carried out without stop for 20 minutes, 30 or even 60 minutes. During these exercises the heart is working smoothly, pumping to the muscles of oxygen-rich blood, thereby enabling them to produce energy in the combustion process oxygen. After the initial stage, in which the muscles may burn your handheld source of energy - glycogen, they extend to another source - is stored in body fat. During aerobic exercise are just burning fat.
Anaerobic Exercise

Anaerobic exercise, however, are those at which muscles produce energy by anaerobic processes (anaerobic). For these exercises we include all the usual exercises in the development of specific muscles - bellies, lifting weights, exercises on the atlas - in general, all exercises to develop muscles. During exercise requiring the muscle groups of very large effort, blood is not able to deliver on time enough oxygen to your muscles can burn fat. During anaerobic exercise, therefore burning sugars are stored in the body. Their burning the body does not need oxygen supply. Fat remains essentially untouched. Anaerobic exercise causes the muscle development. I will not enter into details. But it is worth remembering that every time you feel pain after exercise, our muscles grow - to grow.
